Custom Fit Bra Shop

I called and spoke to the owner/bra fitter today in regards to an experience that my mother had earlier this morning. The woman was extremely nasty on the phone and hung up on me twice. She refused to have any communication in regards to the experience that my mother had with her today, which was extremely upsetting to my mother. The owner is extremely unprofessional and should not be allowed to own a business! I would avoid her business at all costs! To hang up on someone and not be allowed to voice concerns or have any resolution on an issue is extremely unprofessional.
