My home required a lot of work this past Spring: roofing, siding ,new windows I have had the bad and costly experience of hiring unreliable and careless workers in the past and was leery about having any major work done again by anyone
However, I was very much impressed with Terry Courier when I met him, I appreciated his attention to detail, commitment to the best possible business practices and pride in the work and work ethics of his company and I am delighted with the quality of both the materials and the workmanship The work was done in a timely manner; the workmen were skilled and very patient and helpful and the house looks beautiful
I love the quality and style of my new windows and I feel so happy when I am walking home along our street and see how beautifully my home has been transformed into exactly what I wanted it to be

Dealt with a person named [redacted]. Spent a week with him promising to call me back each day and never did until end of week. Finally set up estimate for between 10 and 2 on Saturday. At 2:10 pm called and he indicated he was just enroute. When I pushed him why he did not call when running late he got angry. I told him it was rude and he said he was coming. He then called me right back and said it was my fault as his notes said to come anytime during the day, which was not true. He then said he was not coming and find someone else. Very unprofessional and unreliable. So wasted a week but am happy to not use them or recommend anyone else use them.

It never occurred to me that having new rain gutters installed could be such a nightmare but that was exactly what I received from a different installer. Custom Flow Enterprises came to my rescue by removing and replacing the shoddy workmanship with a quality product; installed by employees that really do know their business. Thank you Bradley for addressing my concerns and exceeding my expectations. Customer Service appears to be a priority with this company and their reputation for excellence is well deserved. I couldn't be more pleased with the professional results received and their common sense attitude. Thank you again for a job well done!

Couldn't even get them out! This Phoenix "area" company won't come to Mesa.
