Starting in January 2016, [redacted] eliminated their white glove service in Lexington which was our original service we planned to use in 2015 for this delivery. On October 10, 2016, Mr. [redacted] had a home and contacted us to continue making payments. The order was sent in the mail to our Kentucky location on December 12, 2016, after their business was closed for the year in parallel with their school schedules. Our Kentucky location was helping North Carolina since [redacted] Corporation stopped doing home deliveries in 2016. Unfortunately, The delivery service in Kentucky did not have any trucks travelling from the CFS Kentucky location to Lexington. The delivery service delayed the delivery over concern for the cost of hauling one mattress set and this created a issue. The Kentucky dealer was on vacation and not in the area making it difficult to manage the receipt and delivery of one mattress set. On January 11, 2017, the delivery service completed the delivery.

This customer was for Custom Fundraising Solutions in Chicago, IL not Cleveland, OH.  However, we did speak with that location and discovered the issue was resolved immediately.

The situation has been taken care of. [redacted] has received his mattress and a check has been sent for $100 to reimburse him for delivery. Our business locations are all locally owned and operated and the Parent Company doesn't control orders, delivery, or collection of monies. The customer was...

attempting to contact the local owner and we, the Parent Company, were not aware of any delivery problems or their attempts to contact the local dealer.Once the customer contacted our corporate email, we immediately contacted him, ordered his product, and arranged his delivery. This was a mistake at the local level and it has been rectified. We apologize for this mistake and have taken steps to help assure it won't happen again.
