the windows the key must be on. his battery started getting weak in the first hour; we had to put a charger on battery too operate his windows. This job requires about a half day, we did not fry his battery his battery was old and probably weak . He said he didn't know how old it was, he could not see the date on the battery, I told him a battery can go at any time . His battery was at least 3 To 4 Years old. I will not buy him a new battery because it died in my shop. Even a warranty wouldn't pay him back full price. He said it worked fine until we worked on his car, my battery works fine; until it dies about every two years. This guy has had that car for two weeks, and wants me to buy a new battery for it.

I came to this Shop to have my 'LifeTime Warranty' honored on a defective install of Window Tint to my vehicle Passenger Window where the Tint had bubbled from this Business's 1/30/2013 Install of Tint. The problem was that their original Installer put Tint-Over-Tint and this caused this shop's installed Tint to bubble.

When they removed the Tint they had previously installed so that it could be repaired, the first layer of Tint was also torn and had to be removed.

As a consequence, the Offer to me was that they would either remove the darker Tint on the Driver Window that they had previously installed over the lighter Tint, then re-Tint the Passenger Window to match OR they would charge me $40 to now remove all the Tint on the Driver Window and then re-install the darker Tint to the Windows that I had originally paid for.

I defaulted to Choice 1 which resulted in a lesser Tint percentage than I had paid them to install in the first place and this was not satisfactory to me.

I felt that the Business should have 'made me whole' by making the Tint on the Front Windows like I had bought from them back in 2013 and like I had intended it to be. I am not happy with this lighter Tint.

I would not recommend this Business to anyone as they have shown me that they do not really stand behind their LifeTime Warranty claim on their website and written on my Receipt. Further, the Installer of the replacement Tint was much more Business-centric than Customer-centric and seemed only to be interested in informing me rather than working with me.

Review: I took my car there to get the windows tinted. They drained my battery down to where it had to be jumped before I could leave. When I got home the battery would no longer work. I went to autozone to get it tested and recharged and it would still not keep a charge.

I talked to the owner twice about my battery situation and he was unwilling to help. My battery had no issues before going to his shop after them keeping it on 5-6 hours they drained it of all its juice. All I wanted was to be compensated for the cost of a new battery which I did have to purchase. He refused to help in any way. His employees drained my batter down then refused to help. The car does not have to be on when you put window tint on.

There is no reason the battery should have died.Desired Settlement: Refund of new battery purchase of $120.00 as it was working perfectly fine until they drained it while doing the window tint job.
