I paid for an order early April The agent advised me it would take days for me to receive it I called them days later after sending multiple emails and no response A lady answered and told me I would receive it by the end of the day I reached out to them the next day and all they could say is "we would gladly refund you." First off you never apologized or even offered to assist me, but you're quick to refund me for a job you didn't do? I would NOT recommend this company!

I called them 9 days later after sending multiple emails and no response.
A lady answered and told me I would receive it by the end of the day.
I reached out to them the next day and all they could say is "we would gladly refund you."
