I have received the information from the Customer and and the Town of ParkerWe are working to get everything taken care of in a timely manner

The current re-inspection, Dated May 2015, indicates that the following outstanding inspection failures remain and must be corrected to satisfy the building permit:
1) Still need to replace the compressed and missing insulation around and under the new platform
2) Still need to provide a letter from a structural engineer verifying that the 2xbottom cord trusses will effectively support the added weight of the platform and equipment
3) Still need to provide equipment sizing calculations (manuals J, D and S) for review
4) Still need verification from the manufacturer of the furnace that this heat & A/C unit can be used only as an air cooling equipmentThe inspector stated that typically a "cooling only" unit would be installed for this type of application
We have been in contact with the business since the re-inspection, and We are guardedly optimistic that the outstanding inspection failures will finally be addressedHowever, until the open building permit moves from pending to approved, We do not feel this complaint can be closedWe have contacted the business to address this issue multiple times since the installation in April of 2012, and the attention to this matter seems to get dropped at this same point
This complaint will be closed immediately upon our receipt of the closed *** of *** building permit
