Review: On May 28, 2013, I gave a $475 check to [redacted], owner of Custom Heating and Air, to purchase and install two air cleaner elements for my Honeywell air cleaner. He had previously installed this air cleaner at my residence in 2005 and they needed to be replaced. Custom Heating was providing my HVAC service for many years. To date he has not delivered these elements and will not return my phone calls. I sent Custom Heating a certified letter which was returned by the post office and a letter to his business address which was not returned. I recently hired another firm for my HVAC services and purchased these elements from them.
Custom Heating and Air is now operating from [redacted]'s residence at [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want Custom Heating to refund my money ($475) for the undelivered air cleaner elements which he had agreed to purchase and install.
