for Samantha who called in the original service callShe did call back and left a message to call a *** which I tried calling on 7/7/and got no answerThere is no other ***e they have called back here or I called them recordedPlease not this location is minutes one way for usI attached the service call to show you the invoice that was sent to them (***), the invoice we use in-house to show us how we come out on service work (***) and attached is a copy of the original service call slip from the service techWe charge the first half hour as a trip charge/diagnostic fee.....basically to get there, do the work/service, and come back to the officeAll in all the charges we charge include what we have to pay our tech, gas for the vehicle, wear and tear on the vehicle and for proper insurance we have to carryIf you need any further information please contact our office at 715-743-and ask for *** or ***.
