Failure to reply back to my phone calls and text messages, Mr. M failed to uphold his promise to get me a estimate on a project. I made numerous attempts to contact him;From 13 February 2020 to present. I even had the gentleman who referred me to him, speak to Mr. M on Sunday,8 March asking him to call me to resolve this issue. Still no call or text as of 10 March 2020.

Refund The only resolution is to refund my deposit, I no longer what to do business with this company.

I am sorry that Mr. felt like I did not render any services to him, but that's not true. I present him with jpeg drawing and a price estimate with the scope of work for labor only, February 23, 2020 for screen porch modification project. Our contract agreement was on construction document for screen porch project which was sign on February 13, 2020 and issue on 2/23/20. I had a conservation with Mr. early this week about this situation and offer to assist him with contractor price estimate.

I'm sorry, but I do not agree with Mr. Corey's response, as I stated to him during our conversation on March 17, I was dissatisfied with his lack of communication and inconsistencies with me, the one thing he promised to do. I received the second quote with the material. A significate part of the quote was not listed, I'm no expert, but an area of concrete 3ft x 12ft is a substantial amount to forget and would have been and big issue. As Mr. Corey stated in our conversation, HE DROPPED THE BALL and WAS OVERWHELM. He should have stated that in the beginning and I would have elected to search for someone else but he chose to take my money and not provide the service he promise. Thanks for your support.
Consumer has all information provided to him. We went in a design contract to design the items to be completed was separate quote along with material lists. The information was sent to the customer. He has

The customer informed me he had another builder to do the work. He paid me a deposit for the drawing for the room addition. This service was provided. He has all he needs to have another builder do the work.

I never told Mr Corey I had another builder to do the work; I informed him that I was getting another estimate NOT a builder, again Mr Corey is not speaking the truth. This comywill never earn my business or business from family and friends
