Immediate remediation to the bee problem was not doneInstead of having the maintenance supervisor come into my apartment every time I called because I saw a bee, an exterminator should have been called (IMMEDIATELY)After an exterminator called, I should have been MOVED to a safer building- hive freeAlso, my mother did not call to threaten that we were going to sue Village Green, she was concerned for my safety- because of the lack of care taken to remove the beehive (none was done)- bees were still getting into the apartmentIf I was/am stung again, Margo would have been liable due to the fact that there is still a BEE HIVE in the walls, the maintenance supervisor has only found ONE but not all of themVillage Green records find that there were still live bees coming into the apartment days after I was stungAlso, the woman that lived above me was moved because of all of the bees getting into her apartmentWhy hasn't the leasing department voluntarily moved me out of the apartment that has bee hives in the walls? Why did they not call an exterminator? Why wee they waiting for the bees go dormant? What is going to happen in the spring, they obviously have not solved the problem Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 10, 2015/12/17) */ Contact Name and Title: David [redacted] Managing Member The consumer's rebuttal to business response is nothing more than a regurgitation of the original complaintAs per the business' original response, the consumer, a resident of Village Green apartments complained of beesManagement responded to each complaint and located and removed a bee hive that was found in the building the consumer livedManagement has proof of the removal of the bee hiveConsumer has since given notice to vacate the apartment on 11/11/and has since moved from Village Green apartments on 12/14/There are no bees, the consumer no longer lives at the property, there is noting further to resolve OFFER:
