refunded balance of $202.00 for services not rendered but I refunded the total amount of $270.00 that was the amount she paid me for the entire year, one service was completed in March 2016. I received a call from Mathew C[redacted] on October 24, 2016 at 6:50 pm asking if I would be home and he would stop by and refund the entire $270.00 with a check.  I said I would be home and ok to stop over, he arrived at 7:47 pm and I invited him in to void the contract.  He gave me his business check # [redacted] in the amount of $270.00 and wrote on the contract void October 24, 2016.  I went to the bank and cashed the check today 10-25-2016 at 11:00 am.  This is now a closed issue as of 10-24-2016 7:47 pm.Thank you for your assistance in this matter.[redacted]
