Will not cooperate with [redacted] rebate program by provide necessary invoice/service & pricing information.I choose to participate in the [redacted] Rebate Program In order to do so, I 1st had a purchase a service from [redacted] to come and service our home [redacted] fee) I followed all the correct procedures and filed all the necessary & correct forms. I made multiple contacts with [redacted] program as well as the Insulation contractor Custom Insulation [redacted] The contractor has confirmed all the appropriate forms have been submitted to the program. However, they are saying that Custom Insulation HAS NOT provided the requested informationDesired SettlementProper documentation to [redacted] program so that they may honor my rebate. Business Response Please see attached documents, The [redacted] email is requesting Custom Insulation to send an amended invoice to showing the square footage of insulation installed in each area of the building.I have amended our invoice ([redacted] Invoice)per [redacted] email request in an attempt to resolve the rebate issue.I will be Faxing a copy of these documents & email to Ms [redacted] as we do not have an email address for her.
