Hi a cabo de recibir un complain del señor *** a través de la mrs *** y esto es como pasan las cosas
El señor *** se presentó con un diseño de una base para una mesa diseño hermoso pero no tan seguro para soporta el class top,el me llamo y se le recogió la base para buscar alguna mejor solución después de varios dÃas el se presentó en mi shop para verificarla y no estaba completa ya que querÃa explicarle lo que se iba hacer,el estuvo de acuerdo fue la semana pasada supuestamente el delivery,pero no se pudo ya que no estaba lista,el X-XX-XX el me estuvo llamando todo el dÃa lo cual no le pude contestar,pero en horas de la tarde le contesté en un mensaje diciéndole que ya se estaba haciendo y que hoy continuábamos y hoy de echo le mande una foto como está su base y le expliqué en text que definitivamente estaba mas segura aunque el legs out side todavÃa continuaba moviéndose algo,y si el no está conforme mi disposición es devolver su dinero no tenemos ningún problema mi objetivo que el este conforme y que la mesa no sea un peligro,Gracias por su ayuda

Lights in Wall Unit Not Working
I purchased this wall unit from this company in May, 2020 and it was delivered in July 2020. One week after getting the wall unit the lights inside the wall unit failed. They came out two different times to fix them. The third time they failed I called the office I left a message for *** the owner and didn't get a call back.It took many attempts to get in contact with him via the office phone, his cell phone and email with no response The last time I spoke to *** was October. He said his man would come the next day and of course did not show.
I would like someone from his company to fix what is not working
The company has contacted me and replaced all the lights. At this time you can close the case. My filing a complaint absolutely got the owners attention.
