I just cancelled the guy's order and voided the transaction on his credit cardThat is the resolutionI cancelled the order, he doesn't get charged and he doesn't get the jersey

Review: August 12, 2015. I place an order for a custom Hockey Jersey. Order # [redacted]. Delivery 8/24/2015.

Well, where do I begin. I placed this order over 9 days ago.

August 14, I contact Irene at [redacted]. "I'm on it," in regards to figuring out if the delivery is feasible.

August 17 I call [redacted]. They say no such order exists. Said to call this man named [redacted]. Supposedly, it took 6 full days to find out "oh your order didn't go through correctly. I'll re-do it now." Supposedly the address was wrong. The 2nd line of their address field doesn't get sent over once an order is placed? What kind of business is this? Off to a great start.

August 19 I call again for an update. I ask will this make the promised delivery date of 8/24/2015. Quoting [redacted], "We've never had a problem; you'll get an e-mail when it ships." I wait.

August 20, I call again for an update. I quote [redacted] again, "What if we can't make it the 24th? Will the 25th work?"

August 21 (Today), I call [redacted]. "[redacted] sent us your address today (Aug 21)." He informed me he sent it over 3 days ago. E-mail chains from TA prove he did not. TA also said "our server shows it will leave for shipping on August 26." [redacted] informed me it would be "[...] it looks like August 25."

If my product leaves their production line on August 26, I won't get it until August 31. An. E-N-T-I-R-E week later...

So please, B.B.B., can you please help me? I keep getting run in circles. And I'm frustrated.

Regards, [redacted]Desired Settlement: Full refund of the entire order (which includes the expedited production and shipping).

Written apology from whomever (it appears Mr. [redacted]) is to blame.
