Custom Kittys

Review: I ordered a custom Cat Condo for $245.00. I paid a $60 down payment on it, and was told the item would be delivered on the following Thursday. The owner said he would call me on Wed to confirm. I had to call him, and he said he was not sure if he would be able to deliver it. I called him several times on Thursday with no response. Again on Friday with no response. I went to look him up on his website to see if there were further contact options, and found several very bad reviews regarding delivery of his product. I did find his email, and sent him a note. I still do not have a response. Normally I would be willing to give the benefit of the doubt, but given the number of stories I read about people giving this guy money and then never seeing him again, I am concerned.Desired Settlement: I either want the Cat Tree, or my money back.
