Revdex.com spoke with the Business who advised that this consumer was told that he needed to move his downspout to avoid water pooling on the pavers.  Since the downspout was not moved, allowing water to pool on the patio the warranty is void.

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The business NEVER asked me to move the downspout.  The downspout is not causing the problem as the patio is not graded away from the house as promised.  The only options I will accept from the company are 1) a full refund for never receiving a product that I purchased so I can use that money to get a company that knows what it's doing to fix the problem.  Or, 2) They actually finished the job in the correct manner as was promised to me.  I will also contact all major local news stations at this time.  I don't appreciate a company lying to me or the Revdex.com.
