Poor communication is an understatement. Not reliable. If you want a project don't without the headache. Find a different company. Part of the job was removal of a shed. That was $600. I would have done it myself, but did not want to mess with it because of the electrical inside of it. They plowed the shed down and never capped off the electrical. So, there was and is still a live wire in my yard. It tripped the breaker. The cost and time to get an electrician has been dumped on me. The deck that was removed had a sensor that runs to my thermostat mounted to it. The sensor was removed, but not reattached when they built the new one. They probably would have reattached it had they not buried underground when adding dirt to get water away from my house. That shorted out my thermostat. So, the sensor the buried cost me $200 to have someone come out to find and fix the thermostat problem. One of the heads on the irrigation is not functioning right. I am still waiting for that to be resolved. Don't take time off from work to meet with them when they say they will be there. They won't be there. My yard was flattened out, but not leveled the way I wanted it. They didn't pull enough dirt or bring dirt in to get it right. Don't go by the estimate. Additional charges will rack up because they didn't think about that when they wrote the estimate up. The step after this will be court. Glad my attorney's last name is the same as mine.
