This is in regards to the complaint filed by Mrs [redacted] , ID [redacted] Mrs [redacted] ' son had come to the shop the middle of May this year and spoke with our mechanicHe carried in a couple of blades claiming they were off a mower we repaired 04/23/for his motherThe blades were extremely thin, bent, had cuts out of them and were rustyHe said he had a hard time getting them off because we impacted the blades on and he broke the spindleMike, our mechanic, told him we don't put them on In that mannerThe numbers he gave for the spindle he needed didn't match the blades he carried inWe did a tune up on that mower last year which includes sharpeningAt that time, they told Mrs [redacted] that she needed new blades as her blades were bentShe instructed us Co put new blades on which we didAs for the muffler, it is not uncommon to put a dent in the muffler so It clears the tie rodThis doesn't impair the muffler performance in any wayThere is no warranty on lawn mower bladesPeople hit things with their blades all the timeIf the blades that Mr [redacted] brought in had been on that mower he would've known immediately that the blades had not been changed because those blades couldn't have cut grassMr [redacted] waited over a year to make a complaint If Mr [redacted] had notified us last year that he wasn't satisfied and the mower wasn't cutting right we could've worked with himWe cannot be expected to replace the blades and refund any money once they used the mower for a yearWe did offer to give him a discount on the blades, whereupon, he informed us he already had bladesThis situation is no different than having a mechanic work on your car drive it for over a year, than complain it wasn't working properly If you have any questions please feel free to call us at 812-299- Sincerely,Warren [redacted] Custom Mower Shop President

cuts out of them and were rusty. He
