As a regular costumer I have taken my smartphone to repair at this store several times, the first time was because the screen of my phone was broken as a result of that service request I got a screen replacement, unfortunatelly the replacement I got was not functional the new screen was not working properly so I took my phone to the same repair shop a second time, that second time I got a temporal screen that was not functional so I was told to return later the next week in order to get a new screen, next time I go to the repair shop I got a screen replacement that again it was not functional, I have noticed this after testing the screen in front of the technician, after mentioning that the screen was not working properly and that I wanted my money back he refused to refund my money under the objection that at that point he has done the screen replacement three times already and that the phone is failing because a dent that was cause not by him, at this point I have made clear that the
