On September 27, 2013 I purchesed floorboards for a Harley Davidson motorcycle from Lifeline International. They arrived the second week of October. Less than 4 months later the chrome began peeling very badly. I contacted Lifeline by email and a person by the name of "[redacted] replyed on February 20 2014 "Please send back the side that the chrome is coming off and we will replace". I sent the floorboards back by FedEx and called "[redacted] who said that he had received the package and as soon as we purchased "another item" from him, he would send the floorboards and the newly purchased item back at the same time. We didnt want to purchase another item from the company, so he refused to send the floorboards back to me, or replace them with new ones, or refund my money. He stated that we had the items for "over a year" when actually we have had them for less than 6 months. On their website they state that they will exchange a part for the customer, but they have refused to do so. This person has been very hateful and had has not been willing to resolve this $214.00 issue.
