however, clearly stated on her Princess confirmation sent to her, as follows: "IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS BOOKING --- THE DEPOSIT FOR THE FARE YOU HAVE SELECTED IS 100% NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLEUPON PAYMENT, NO PORTION OF THE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON"I am sending Lucy a gift in the form of a check for $from Zoe's Cruises to reimburse her for the non-refundable deposit in honor of her service to our Country and due to her financial needs
