This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service "professional" and I use that term VERY looselyMy heater broke in January and it is now May and he still has not fixed it even though he still says he willHis initial service was delayed with no time given when he would come outAfter his first inspection he claimed to know what the problem was and that a part needed to be orderedA week later he put a chip in the furnace and said it would be fixedI paid him for the chip and his time (My first mistake, after calling him to begin with)Later that day it was already having problemsHe said to give it 2-daysWhen that didn't work and I called back he simply stopped returning my callsWhen I got more aggressive with my calls he would give me days that he would come out and then not show up and not communicate at allI never received any calls from himAll the communication was driven 100% by meI was very patient but weeks turned into monthsIt still isn't repaired and now I'm finally going to another company to have it fixedThis has been extremely frustratingDon't use this man's services or you won't get your problem fixed and if you pay him be careful because you will never see him again
