Hi ***, This is the first I have heard about a formal Revdex.com complaint First, please change our address to the one below so we can receive proper mail correspondence in the future Second, I was aware of the customers dissatisfaction and did speak to the customer around 1st of May and was able to apologize We did not clean a room because the door was closed It is our standard practice that if a door was closed in a house that the customer wants us to skip It was a miscommunication and I tried to correct it and by offering to send ladies out to clean the missed room immediately but the customer was very irate about the situation and declined and immediately stopped service The key was mailed back via USPS shortly thereafter so I assume it was received since I haven’t heard anything since We have great reviews because when we do make a mistake we try our best to correct it and make it right if the customer allows us A refund of any amount has never been discussed Thanks for the opportunity to answer this complaint, [redacted] *** [redacted] Custom Maid Service [redacted]
I needed help cleaning a house we purchased and the previous owners left it a mess On the move in day the place was not to my standard and so I called a few places on short notice and Custom Maid Service was the only one that could accommodate me in their schedule Very polite ladies and they did a great job I am very appreciative of all of their efforts

As we tried explaining to *** ***, we have other customers on a schedule as well She was scheduled for the first cleaning of the day, with two other customers scheduled after her Because of her cancellation, that left a 2.5-hr window, those customers had to reschedule their
appointments due to commitments either before or after their scheduled cleaning and were not able to fill her original spot We were not able to "send our girls somewhere else" as *** *** stated on the phoneWhen a customer cancels their service at the last minute, it not only puts us in a bind, but other customers as well, this being the very reason we require a hr cancellation notice or the Groupon will be forfeitedThese instructions are there on the Groupon at the time of purchase It is up to the customer to read the details of what they are purchasing. We wish her the best
