Custom Maids

My experience has been absolutely horrible and very frustrating dealing with the sales people and GM of the dealershipI have been trying to receive a refund for a very expensive extended warranty that I bought on a truck in February of and had many electronic issues with the truck which was not covered under the $extended warranty among another $worth of repairs I had to make to the truck!!! Now I have been waiting since January 31st for my refund and found out today that the dealership has yet to even send in my information and cancellation form and have been lying to myself and my mother for months now! I am very very frustrated and mad that I have been lied to and manipulated for months now along with the total disrespect shown toward my mother!

Had them fix my fuel pump,which cast me $15oo dollars then had them check to see what else might need fixing they said it needed a tune up at $dollar,then said me air suspenstion was bad ,that was going to cost me $dollars.it turn out all my air suspension needed was a fuse,so on that note just how good are they and all they want is a dollar
