On April 24, [redacted] signed a INSCRIPTION REQUEST FORM" to put an inscription, (2014) and a custom carving on an existing granite headstone in the cemeteryOn May 7th, the day the job was on the truck to be done, She left me a phone message stating, " do not touch that stone"So we did not continue the jobShe also demanded a refundWe refunded all the monies with an adjustment of $to cover the custom materials that were manufactured just for her custom carving
