Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/07/20) */ Custom Movers Services performed origin services for Miss [redacted] on 5/8/and destination services on 5/9/Her credit card information was collected, and was charged accordingly for each end It is our policy to mail each customer a copy of their paid invoice and their credit card receiptThe reason that Miss [redacted] received numerous copies of invoices/credit card receipts for others customers was due to a computer error in our system Miss [redacted] 's credit card has not been charged for another customer's services,nor has Miss [redacted] beem actually billed for another customer's servicesThere was a glitch in the saving of the current address and Miss [redacted] 's address got saved in the profileOnce the billing is complete on any one particular customer, the credit card information is destroyedIt does not remain in our system This was again, a computer error and error in not catching it during the mailing of COD invoices Our office staff have spoken to her before regarding this and assured her that her credit card had not been charged for services other then her ownOne of my co-workers in the accounting department explained to her that this was a glitch in the system and that this would not happen again I have taken the appropriate steps to make sure this does not happen againI have blacked out the billing address field in our system, so it will not allow an address to be auto-saved I do greatly apologize for the inconvenience this has caused this customerWe pride ourselves in customer satisfaction and do not like having a mistake like this Thank you, Stephanie K Accounting Department

Initially we offered an appearance allowance due to the very small chip in the edge of the Glass Table Top, Ms*** refused. We started searching for local glass shops that could replace the top. We had numerous quotes, Ms*** wanted us to use a specific shop, which she spoke to herself, and the quote was much higher than other quotes CMS had received. After some time went by, our owner spoke with Ms*** and advised how we could resolve the issue.At this point CMS has contacted a local glass shop to go out to survey the piece and provide a quote to replace and deliver the replacement Glass Table Top. CMS, Custom Movers Services has reached out to Mr*** and we have agreed upon a settlement. We offered Mr*** a price reduction on Saturday, but he advised he was filing a complaint. We reached out to Mr*** again Wednesday, and offered a another price reduction and he accepted.CMS
was sorry for the misunderstanding, our technician did tell Mrson Friday that if there was a problem, to call him in the morning on Saturday. CMS did not get the call until approx 1:15PM Saturday and right at that moment the technician could not get back out. An hour or so later the tech could get back out. Sean, in CMS Customer Service called Mrbut Mradvised the movers had done it already. We are certainly sorry if the situation caused any undue stress, but we did offer a resolution on Saturday. And have offered a resolution that Mrhas accepted as of today.Thank you,*** ***CMS, Inc
