D&J Homes response to repair issuesWe had our service tech scheduled 10-5-to complete repairs on the home, but he was sick for days and did not complete the service work until today Oct7th (Wednesday), He complete the drywall in the breezeway, repaired the tub spoutThe sales agreement did not include a hand rail at the front doorI have left a voice mail with the homeowner to request information on the linoleum flooring problem, this was the first report on problems with the lino.D & J Homes has contacted [redacted] to check and repair the lights that flicker on/offWe have had our service tech try to fix the light problem previously and he thought he had the problem corrected [redacted] will be calling the home owner to arrange a date to complete the service work.Thank you,Beth [redacted] D&J Homes Richmond, IN

this mobile home is a pre owned mobile home approxyears oldall of our pre owned homes are sold as is, anything to the contrary would be in the original bill of sale, we have no such agreement reflecting any warranty or agreed repairs ,

I hated this happened we had permit issues among other things foundation is adjusted now and home to be set a week from Monday I hope good expireince from here on out
