I found the staff at Custom Paint and Collision Center to be extremely friendly and helpful. [redacted] took the time to make sure that I was happy with my service from beginning to end, he even kept in touch with me while on vacation to make sure that my situation was being handled properly. You don't find service like that anymore! I highly recommend CPCC.
Do not I repeat do not take your car to custom paint and collision in pelham! My car looks worse than it did before being hit by a deer. They messed up the paint on my roof and hood ( that they didnt even work on). It feels like sand paper! The fender isnt aligned right, and much more. Got my car back from Custom Paint and Collision for the 3rd time today! They finally fixed it! After a manager being a smart [redacted] and cussing at me I called geico and I spoke with the regional adjuster supervisor. Geico told me that they WOULD fix my car. Well I got it back today im im extremely shocked that it is actually fixed!! Do not bring your car to this shop they are horrible and the management staff are so unprofessional and they will lie straight to your face to cover their own [redacted]!
