[redacted] I am writing in response to a complaint registered with the Revdex.com from [redacted] - [redacted] on March 21, This sales transaction occurred over a five day period in which our staff did nothing but accommodate the customers request for: a great deal, a rate in the 3% range, $for trade in and an acceptable payment Their current rate is 13.99% and it was reduced to 3.2% The customer was made aware of the payments on Saturday, March 18, before he came in and was pressed for time thus forcing him to reschedule the delivery to Monday, March He was originally going to sell his trade outright, but that fell through and we included the Nissan Titan into the transaction He signed paperwork Monday night and gave us a copy of a card to run through on Tuesday for $ The only reason that [redacted] did not take the truck that night was because he needed to remove a device that is used to start the truck that was activated by his breath [redacted] did apparently call in on Tuesday and speak with one of the three managers regarding the transaction We attempted to call [redacted] back numerous times that day, but he never answered the calls I received a call from his wife and she asked us to refund the down payment and that they wanted to cancel the saleI told them that they had bought a truck and I would like the opportunity to speak with them in person [redacted] , his wife, called and said that she was not going to come in to the dealership , threatened to complain to all of the social sources, cursed me out and then hung up on me if I did not refund the money She then showed up here and after a long conversation and an apology from her, that her husband made a bad decision, I refunded the money She was upset that we took the $as a down payment that was their last bit of savings after returning from Disney, that she was pregnant and how could I live with that To salvage a deal, I offered her a lower payment without the $down payment [redacted] was thankful and said that she would call me in a day with an answer as she needed to speak with *** To date, no response She did notify me that she had written a letter to the Revdex.com and that she would retract the complaint if the money was refunded to her She has failed to do so, to date Our dealership conducts business in a professional and ethical manor with every customer We did nothing wrong except to stand a customer up for their decision to purchase a vehicle Although, the money has been refunded, and the sales transaction has been cancelled, it is certainly frustrating that individuals can enter a dealership with the intent to purchase, sign paperwork, and turn around and submit complaints for a way out because they made a poor decision [redacted]

[redacted]        I am writing in response to a complaint registered with the Revdex.com from [redacted] - [redacted] on March 21, 2017.  This sales transaction occurred over a five day period in which our staff did nothing but accommodate the customers request for: a great...

deal, a rate in the 3% range, $7500 for trade in and an acceptable payment.  Their current rate is 13.99% and it was reduced to 3.2%.  The customer was made aware of the payments on Saturday, March 18,  before he came in and was pressed for time thus forcing him to reschedule the delivery to Monday, March 20.  He was originally going to sell his trade outright, but that fell through and we included the 2004 Nissan Titan into the transaction.  He signed paperwork Monday night and gave us a copy of a card to run through on Tuesday for $1500 .  The only reason that [redacted] did not take the truck that night was because he needed to remove a device that is used to start the truck that was activated by his breath. [redacted] did apparently call in on Tuesday and speak with one of the three managers regarding the transaction.  We attempted to call [redacted] back numerous times that day, but he never answered the calls.  I received a call from his  wife and she asked us to refund the down payment and that they wanted to cancel the sale. I told them that they had bought a truck and I would like the opportunity to speak with them in person.  [redacted], his wife, called and said that she was not going to come in to the dealership , threatened to complain to all of the social sources, cursed me out and then hung up on me if I did not refund the money.  She then showed up here and after a long conversation and an apology from her, that her husband made a bad decision, I refunded the money.  She was upset that we took the $1500 as a down payment that was their last bit of savings after returning from Disney, that she was pregnant and how could I live with that.   To salvage a deal, I offered her a lower payment without the $1500 down payment.  [redacted] was thankful and said that she would call me in a day with an answer as she needed to speak with [redacted].  To date, no response.  She did notify me that she had written a letter to the Revdex.com and that she would retract the complaint if the money was refunded to her.  She has failed to do so, to date.  Our dealership conducts business in a professional and ethical manor with every customer.  We did nothing wrong except to stand a customer up for their decision to purchase a vehicle.  Although, the money has been refunded, and the sales transaction has been cancelled, it is certainly frustrating that individuals can enter a dealership with the intent to purchase, sign paperwork, and turn around and submit complaints for a way out because they made a poor decision.     [redacted]
