Custom Patches

Review: I originally contacted custom patches.net with a request for a 4in by 3.5in custom, Velcro back, embroidered patch. When they showed me the draft they had 4in by 4in patch and quoted me $274.80. I called them and said the image is good, but the size is wrong and the representative I spoke with said that since we were going smaller, it would be $238.75 and she would make a note to include free overnight shipping because of the confusion on their end. She already had my payment information on file and I authorized her to go ahead and charge me. When I got my bank statement, I noticed I was charged $290.80. I sent custom patches.net an e-mail asking for clarification and when they didn't respond I called them. I asked what happened, and what the game plan was to fix it. I offered to send them the e-mail with billing information but the representative said that it wasn't necessary and there was nothing she could do.Desired Settlement: The desired outcome I would like to see is getting a credit of $52.05 on the credit card they charged.
