As per our conversation this fall with your father it was explained that the cracks were filled and it was past the season of the year to Seal Coat the drivewayWe will reseal the driveway in the Spring of at No cost

repaired Saturday October 26, to customer's satisfactionDidn't ignore customer, I was hospitalized several days due to Kidney StonesI went to the customers residence when I was able and took care of the situation

I did this driveway in It was by an addition that they had put on the houseThe builder only left a inch lip for the drivewayWe were going to go back in May to seal coat itWhen she said she was having issues with it, I told her I could either re-pave it or seal coat itShe wanted it
repavedWe had to cut out the driveway and blend it back inBecause of the way the addition was put in, we were very limited as to how thick we could make the drivewayWhen we had gone back in May, she may have misunderstood that I would repave or seal coat - not bothBecause I value all of my customers and want them all to be happy, I will go back out to Mrs***’s home by Monday 7/20/and seal coat it for free*** ***

Mr*** ***'s complaint was satisfied since September We took care of the issue
