CUSTOM PLUMBING AND REPAIR

Review: I contracted this business to do some repair and renovation work, to include parts and workmanship, in my condo; the result is of unacceptable quality.I made multiple unsuccessful attempts to get the business to deliver the agreed result, in vain. Most of the times, the business is unwilling to communicate and, after the few times communication has happened, no attempt has been made to remediate the result. This situation resulted in me suffering the damage of having to remediate some urgent issues (e.g. plumbing) out of my own pocket, the damage to the value of my condo and other damages on an ongoing basis.Desired Settlement: I will accept either - a refund for the part of the contract that needs rework or - the delivery of the agreed result, or - a combination of both, to remediate the damage to the value of my condo; I also seek reimbursement of actual expenses for urgent remediation and for lost rent.
