I first contacted David Poff through a word-of-mouth referral from a friend to do some plumbing work in my home. He came up with such a good plan that he literally solved problems that a lesser plumber would have created in the process (or at the minimum taken longer to perform the same amount of work). He was efficient, cleaned up after himself, said what he was going to do and did it. His quote was accurate as well. Since then, he has come to my home on short notice due to a leak reported to me by the water authority, determined it was happening in my line in my yard and referred me to another reputable colleague that promptly came to my house and fixed. THEN...I had a basement sewage backup and again...he came out to my house, assessed then returned with the equipment he needed in order to fix the job. He was very frank in telling me what caused the situation and what I would need to do long-term in order to fix the problem (note: this doesn't generate new revenue for him).

David stays busy because he is THAT good. I'm so glad I called him because now I feel like I have a plumber-for-life that I trust and won't try to take me to the cleaners on his charges. He is fair, efficient, highly skilled and honest. I wish I could say more good things about him and his work!

I just had a floor installed by Custom Plumbing and can't sing high enough praises of the work. They are very efficient and organized and leave your house nice and neat.

Would highly recommend them to anyone.
