I do recall this customer The area he is talking about is a "structure" out side of the homeThis area contained a floor drain in the laundry as well as a toilet and I believe a shower drainThe area is not plumbed according to any code, did not have venting for access or clean outs for accessThe customer kept asking me to camera through the toilet, however upon visual inspection this would not have been prudent to put a $piece of equipment in with out serious risk of getting stuck or breaking the cameraThe customer mentioned to me that another company had come out and quoted him to replace it The customer continued to ask me to camera and locate the line so he new where it wentI again informed him I could not and that I am not a private locating firmBut if he was interested in replacing it I would and provided him an additional idea of how to reroute it and plumb it to code I am very sorry the customer is not happy with the camera service I strive to provide the upmost in customer satisfaction I can not change that the system is not installed to code or with permits and inspections to verify the work If another company has since been able to camera the line to the customers satisfaction I hope he received the clarification he desiredJason L***

for access. The customer kept asking me to camera through the toilet, however upon visual inspection this would not have been prudent to put a $10000 piece of equipment in with out serious risk of getting stuck or breaking the camera. The customer mentioned to me that another company had come out and quoted him to replace it. The customer continued to ask me to camera and locate the line so he new where it went. I again informed him I could not and that I am not a private locating firm. But if he was interested in replacing it I would and provided him an additional idea of how to reroute it and plumb it to code. I am very sorry the customer is not happy with the camera service I strive to provide the upmost in customer satisfaction. I can not change that the system is not installed to code or with permits and inspections to verify the work. If another company has since been able to camera the line to the customers satisfaction I hope he received the clarification he desired. Jason L[redacted]
