Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.We were offered no resolution We are not the least bit surprised by Mr [redacted] 's response It is this same rhetoric we encountered throughout our project in We filed our complaint with the Revdex.com because Custom Pool made it abundantly clear that they were not responsible and would do nothing I'm not sure how Mr [redacted] can say with such certainty that our displeasure was with "a couple of small cosmetic issues" and that when "preparing it (the Pool) for replaster it did not have any visible cracking", when he never visited the job site before, during, or after our project eventhough we requested it We do not feel 1/2"-1" gaps in the plaster below the coping are "small cosmetic issues" The subcontractor tried to correct this which is what resulted in the color problems Mr [redacted] would have been aware of this if he had not relied on his "Personnel" for information about "the job specifics".Since Mr [redacted] refers to the contract which sets forth "the scope of the work consisted of sandblasting and replastering" and "this is detailed work" and is "cosmetic in nature", we contend he did not honor the contract as we now have a crack in the plaster which cosmetically is unacceptable For someone with decades of involvement in the industry we find it suspect that year after Custom Pool replastered our pool that a structural problem would occur As ***, one of Custom Pools employees stated in front of both my wife and I and that Mr [redacted] denies, "there is a one in possibility of this happening" I'm sorry we were the one.In closing, we disagree that our project was completed in a "timely, professional, and workmanlike manner" and are disappointed, but not surprise in Custom Pool and Mr [redacted] 's lack of responsibility.For someone with decades of involvement in the industry, we find it suspect that one year after Custom Pool Regards, [redacted]
