I've been using this company for years now Initially they refurbished my pool and did a great job
Then for the last years, I've used them for weekly maintenance
In May the pool seemed to be dirty and not kept up I called and they came back and gave me a complimentary cleaning This is not the first time I've noticed a less than clean pool after they had been there
In July, the pool person wanted to add water into the pool and left the hose on for a week I now am stuck paying a very large water bill since I wasn't at the house that week The company denied any responsibility and would not reimburse even a part of the bill

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.1) Prizms hood bolt was negligence provided by Woodings body shop having never completly bolted the hood to the carThe nut was frozen on the bolt, halfway screwed on the bolt, so whenever the vehicle went on the interstate to do the posted speed limit, the bolt connecting the hood to the vehicle had a half inch flap, that would move up and down like a piston in an engine.2) Prizms dome light was damaged in Woodings attempt to repair the Prisms roof of the vehicle, apparently the function on the dome light was not taken in consideration when the vehicle was returned to the owner of the vehicle, for which me, the owner of the vehicle did not understand till about 8:PM that night, knowing the other issues this vehicle has with Woodings, and complaining to Secretary had become a lost cause, decided to contact the owners directly, figuring there would probably an answering machine, knowing it was after dark,I actually managed to get a hold of the owner, and his major concern was about how late the custumer was calling, then was told to bring vehicle back the next morning to have it repaired or replaced.3) Prizms owners manual disapeared from the glovebox, I just purchased a used one from e-bay, for 25.00, this week.4) Prizm had to returned to Woodings so they could scrub and remove paint from around the door insulations, and door frame.5) Prizms backseat and floorboards had to vacuumed out, the Secretary at Woodings auto body hands the owner of the Prism a receipt,(the vehicle was repaired with multiple estimates and payments) and stated "We wil heip you, vacuum out your vehicle", in an rude wayWhich is odd since me, the owner of the Prism vacuumed out the vehicle every single time the vehicle was brought in to be worked on, which was multiple timesThere was gravel all over the back seat and floorboards.6)Prisms washer fluid container, part number ***, purchased from *** for a total of 95.99, was replaced from being damaged with negligence from Woodings autobody not properly and fully connecting the hood to the vehicle.From beginning to end, and still today, one can understand from this list of problems and issues with the prism, the people at Woodings, and the owner the Prism, me, that there is no desire to satisfy the needs of this particular vehicle, and the needs of this particular ownerOver 5,dollars have been spent at Woodings to repair this particular vehicle,and somehow Woodings feel they are entitled to pick and choose whether a custumer is satisfied with their work, there is nothing to be earned, Woodings is entitled to the money being spent, and the money does not have to be earned, and where does the definition of respect have to with the issue of custumer satisfactionWhen everything is one sinded and people are stating I am wrong about everything, reminds me of the time law enforcement tried to convince my mother I was born in the United States, and the Authorities had a concern of where I was and where *** could be found, there is a bit of a problem,, I was born in Naples Italy, and the concern for where I was, I was at the Roanoke Memorial Rehab, the same place the Authorities dumped me a day earler so as it can been seen, I do not see Roanoke as a place for a home, I see it a city of detention and harasment

There was a Gas leak after changing the furnace.Unfortunately I was not there to see what the did and when I came home from work, I felt the smell of something like gas .I called my neighbor to make sure what I am smelling is gas and she advised me to call gas companyGas company Tech arrived in minutes and found out there was Gas leak due to not proper tightening and fitting of Gas pipe to furnaceI sent email to company Manager since I was afraid to run the heater , may be something else was wrong as wellI was planning to call city of Macon for report but manager requested me not to call and he would send the master technician to see if unit works properly which we found out it was not working as well since wire was attached in wrong directionit was a real mess what they didI could not believe what I was seeingOf course the manger wrote in email that he would make it up to me that never didthis happened in and years ago I believe in as well after they left there was leakage from heat pump and they had to come back to fix their own job
Very poor quality company and horrible customer service

I have been using this family owned company for 8 years never a problem great service. Just had them redo my pool (resurface and lighting) and backyard area couldn't be happier

I have reviewed the response  made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and why is there is a need for me to reexplain the prizm hood was not properly bolted to the hinges, and [redacted] employees repairing the bolt that connects the hood to the hinge, after they found the damaged wiper receptical, that was damaged by the hood vibrating, this is all stated with the original complant, and it was also stated in the original complaint that this was caused from poor customer service, and a lack of genuine respect towards their customer, and their customer's time. With me spending more than $5,000 on a vehicle that is probably only worth with the blue-book value of $2,500.00, does show there are somethings in life that are worth more than money, and it is called a PRINCIPLE., a truth in what has happened.What was not in the original complaint is the description of the bolt, and the nut that was only screwed on half way, frozen, and would not screw on or off the bolt, by it's self, hence the vibration of the hood, damaging wiper receptcal container. The amount of the wiper receptical container being owed to the customer has more to do the neglect of Woodings labor, than the actual damage, and the fact this customer was told just days after paying for their services, there is no warranty of any kind for their work, work I would call sloppy,

As of now, we (Wooding's Auto Body) can not pay/refund Mr. [redacted] $76.09.  The washer container is not located at the top of the vehicle near the hinge or mounting area or the hood, therefore the washer container can not be damaged nor need replacement from the said vibration, or loose bolts. Attached is the 4 work files /estimates for Mr. [redacted] 2001 Chevy Prism, In Answer to Mr. [redacted] complaint; the part number & part he is requesting to be refunded for is not something was was done or billed or paid to Wooding's during any of the 4 estimates/work files.  We can not...
