My responce to this complaint is as follows; Custom pool was contracted to rehab Mr*** pool several years agoDesert Deck product was chosen to overlay concrete deck to add color and keep deck cool by ***Desert Deck products that were used have failed to stay attached to concrete deck
after two attemptsCustom Pool has brought out the representative from *** Corpto evaluate the failure, we have provided the customer with patch kits as requested to patch himself, we have also been out to patch on several occaionsOn 7/11/at 11:50am *** offered to settle with Custom pool for $1,500.00, on 7/20/@ 10:his offer was accepted and payment made in two weeks*** has continued to change direction and make different offers makeing a resolution difficult*** has been told that our build schedule is extremely busy and the continued rain has delayed every project. I will honor the amount I agreed to and *** originally asked for of $1,

We at Custom Pools have contacted this customer and have attempted to satisfy his needs via email and phone.  It was explained to him that a smaller pump was used based on his pool setup. We also stopped work and notified the customer as soon as we realized the bottom was not patch-able. He...

notified us to proceed with the tear out and rebuilding of the pool bottom. We added to his pool deck square footage and credited him $500 for the difference in concrete for the steps. Attached is an email to which terms were agreed upon by both parties regarding these issues.  We were awaiting the electrician to finish to drop off salt and to program the control panel.  He has an outstanding balance that he refuses to pay even though we had agreed on terms.
