Obviously, this doesn't even deserve a response but since I know that one is expected, here it isNow she states that the engine was knocking, which wasn't on the original complaint that the oil gauge showed low pressureShe still hasn't answered the question of what was done to correct the problem, who fixed it and what they chargedShe is arguing minor details like how the $was collectedAlso, making unsubstantiated claims about the employees shows a lack of class and does nothing to further the resolution of the claim.She needs to provide the information as to what was done to the vehicle after it left here and verify it was related to what was done [redacted] , Jim's Tire and Auto

In replying to [redacted] 's complaint, I noticed below that its stated that she left me a voice mailWe don't have voice mailAs to the actual complaint, I can attest to the following: [redacted] brought the GMC Jimmy in initially for an oil leak in early MarchWe found the engine covered in oil and gave her an estimate on fixing the leaksShe brouht it back to us a few days later and gave us permission to procede with the repairsWhen asked before beginning repairs about a payment method, she stated that she would have the money upon completionWe started with the repairsDuring the process, she requested an oil pump be installed since one leak repair involved removing the oil pan and it was an easy add onAfter completion of the work (itemized on the attachment), [redacted] came in to pick up the vehicleAt that time she stated that now she only had $after initially stating that she would have the full amount of Since her mother and aunt were regular customers, Jim agreed on a payment arrangement [redacted] came in after picking up the vehicle that she had low oil pressureWe checked the pressure several times over the course of several weeksWe replace the oil sending unit that was originally installedAs she stated, our mechanic told her that oil pressure at idle (approx RPMs) is psi according to Mitchell On Demand.We were never able to see it go below that amountMitchell also states that oil pressure at cruising is psi (at RPMs)Again, we were never able to see the pressure out of rangeShe still believed the pressure to be low and complained about itShe never stated that she had an issue with her initial repair complaint of oil leakingIf you look at the itemized repair list, notice the number of parts installed to repair the oil leaksOur labor rate is 75.00/hrWe charged her for laborAt that rate, we only charged her for hours of laborThe rear main seal alone calls for hrs plus all the other seals that were replacedbilling on this should have been approximately for labor for about hours of laborWe cut the price due to her connection to our other customers and that she was to pay in full at completionShe states that someone fixed it cheaper but doesn't say what the fix was and how much was chargedWe deserve a bill from a certified repair center to see what was done and if it was related to what we did, we can make a price allowance on her billBut for her to not to pay but $of the bill, demand a refund and not show documentation of what was done to fix her problem, we believe that to be unreasonable since she doesn't seem to have a complaint about the leaksShe only complained to the Revdex.com after Jim started pressing her for payment of the billPlease let us know if any other info is needed [redacted] , manager

I've filed one complaint before this, but I am filing another because the first wasn't properly addressedIn March I had Jim's do some repairs on my GMC JimmyIt was requested for them to change the oil pumpI had taken my car back multiple occasions because I was having low oil pressureThe mechanics would say that a PSI of was normal, of course, a women would believe the mechanicsI was advised by another mechanic to have Jim;s address all the issues, which was never doneThe mechanic never did any work to the car, I had no additional workI had no work done, because I was told my car was safe to driveThe issues kept getting worse and worseI had to sell my car to a family member, because it was unsafe for my boys to be transported inWithin a few months of the family member driving the car, the motor locked up completely while driving down a busy roadI would like a refund of the $which I had before handI really did trust Jim;s but somewhere down the road the mechanics just didn't the job properly.I would like a refund for the $to be mailed to meThanks
