Review: In April of 2013, I ordered a custom jacket for my son. I was told that it would take 2 wks before I could pick it up. Following the two week period, I went to pick up my son's jacket and was told that it was not done yet and that it would take another 2 weeks. I waited the 2 weeks and returned again pick up the jacket. I was again told that it would take another 2 weeks at which time I told them to cancel the order, (as it had not yet been paid for). The staff member said that she already had already received the jacket. I explained that I would have gladly paid for it if it had been finished but that since it wasn't and due to weather already being warm that I no longer needed it. That was in May of 2013. On June 26, 2013, I went in to order work shirts for my job. I placed an order of 3 shirts and paid for the items. I was told that because they were working on a big order that it would take two weeks to finish my order and have it ready. On July 22, (almost a full month after the initial order) I called to ask if my order was ready and the lady on the phone appologized for it not being done due to a bunch of large orders and told me that my order would definitely be ready for pick up on July 29th, 2013. Due to a medical emergency I was not able to go in and pick it up that day but instead stopped in to do so on the next day, July 30, 2013 at 2:25 pm. As I was entering the store, a mom and her son entered as well. When I asked to pick up my order, I was spoken to in a very rude manner by a lady with blond hair. She said that my order was not ready and that she would not ever let me order from her again. She stated in front of the customers that I had failed to pay for my last order. I told her that I would have gladly paid for it if it had been completed but due to their lack of completing the order in a timely manner, I no longer needed it. At this point, I feel I deserve a written and verbal apology as well as a partial refund due to failure to deliver my order in a timely manner.Desired Settlement: A partial refund and a written letter of apology for the manner to which they spoke to me as well as their consistent inability to deliver my order in a timely manner. I have sent several large orders to there store and do not feel that they have the right to refuse my patronage when I did not do anything wrong.
