To my upset almost Customer: I received this letter from Revdex.com over the weekendI wasn't going to open it until Monday because I knew it would ruin my weekend, but I did, and it didI knew nothing positive would be in this letter [redacted] has been working for me for if years nowShe has taken charge of the office quite wellWell enough that she does the schedulingSo when [redacted] says the customer has scheduled or times and didn't show and was this time told 1:or 2:o'clock on 10/13/15, I believe herShe has no reason to lieShe knows not to schedule anything at 12:except drop-offsAs all my employees are at lunch until 1:The only reason this time was relevant was because you made us aware that you only had % hours to do what you requested be doneUpon putting my employees back to work early for the sake of your time, it was noticed the parts company sent the wrong part"This happens often" I explained to you at which that time you wanted to tell me how to run my businessI in return told you, "You can buy the F-ing place and run it however you'd like." At which point you got in my face, sticking your finger in my face and yelling at meI did apologize for cursing, I did not apologize saying you were correthat statement is a lieYou see sir this all bothers me because contrary to your statement I do care, and my employees care, and we set our standards very high here to make sure every Customer leaves with a smile on their face and are fully satisfiedWe take pride in our work and I am sorry this happened! I have been in business for years and in that years you are only the 2' person I told to take your business elsewhereThis speaks for itself! My Monday started by talking with every one of my employee's one on one about their weekend and holidayI took this time while they were being paid by meMy day continued by helping all of my customers, driving them home and picking them up because they didn't have rides and driving multiple customers to the car rental company because they were shorthanded and we all try to work together to help each other outI had many conversations throughout the dayI received many "Thank You s" and "Compliments" on my business and my employeesI never had time for lunch or even a snackAt the end of the day I thanked and said goodnight to every employee as I do dailyWhen all was done for the day all I could think was what a great day it wasI am so lucky, so blessed, I am so fortunate for my employees that are all so young, wonderful and very responsibleI am so blessed for all of the people that I had the chance to talk with, some who attend the same church as INot once did I put a monetary value on this timeSir, you question my faith and you slander meYou took the time to look up dirt on me and you find I have a wicked mouthI didn't do this to youYou tell me to remove all Christian literature from my office because it offends real Christians like yourself, yet, you do all of this while you steal from your insurance company? We wrote you an estimate for $1,and you wanted to only fix a few things for $stealing and pocketing almost $1,and now your answer to resolve this is to scam money from me too? This will not be resolved on Custom Quality Collisions part*** *** was scheduled a minimum of times and never showed and never called until he needed to reschedule for a later dateCustom Quality Collision was already going out of Our way to repair ***'s vehicle while he waited, which we
normally do not do, but we ALWAYS try to work with our customers schedules*** was scheduled to be here between 1:00pm and 2:00pm on 10/20/*** showed up at Noon on 10/20/and *** was told our employees take an hour lunch from 12:00pm-1:00pm*** was upset because he ONLY had an 1/to do this because *** the Owner said it would take about an 1/to do the repairs, he apparently expected all of my employees to drop what they were doing at noon to work on his vehicleI, ***, Personally watched him get in ***s face and point at him, I thought he was going to hit himWe get about parts a week, I cannot possibly check every part that comes inWe have been in business for years, this is our 1st complaint, we are way too busy to deal with people of this natureThis man was being unreasonable*** did as he quoted "Cursed" but *** did sincerely apologize to *** face to faceIf you have any questions, please feel free to contact *** or MyselfThank You, Have a great weekend! So when [redacted] says the customer has scheduled 3 or 4 times and didn't show and was this time told 1:00 or 2:00 o'clock on 10/13/15, I believe her. She has no reason to lie. She knows not to schedule anything at 12:00 except drop-offs. As all my employees are at lunch until 1:00. Upon putting my employees back to work early for the sake of your time, it was noticed the parts company sent the wrong part. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Now this business is going to downright lying in order to make themselves look better.  I was never scheduled 4 times prior to said date.  I was scheduled only ONCE prior to the referenced date.  I then asked if I could be rescheduled the week prior to said date and they kindly did.   Secondly, I arrived when I was told to and never said my arrival time was a problem.  It was the wait time afterwards that was the problem for a repair that never happened combined with the time I had to take out of my day to get there since I do not live around the corner.  This is the country.  Thirdly, the only truth in this response is that I did stand up from my seat and point at the owner and tell him never to curse me out.  I hope anyone would do that.  If pointing is a problem at someone who just used the "F" word on you  (REALLY????)This response is obviously from a girl who wants to keep her job and the owner told her to write this response or lose her job.  My response is that this is an ugly business and if you want to stay there you may- but you are better than that.  In response to making me look like the bad guy and exaggerating everything to do so- so be it.The owner did apologize after I had to completely explain to him how I was right, that I never said or did anything wrong, and that he was completely wrong and needed to apologize.  Only then was he compelled to apologize and even added that I was correct in what I said.   This goes to show the validity of my complaint.  However, his apology was not sincere and it was very incomplete and lacking.  He also did nothing to make things right- ie he never specifically apologized for the things he said.  One of which was telling me to leave his business and never come back because I quote "did not have the right to tell him what to do in his business" (I told him not to curse at me and this was his immediate response).  That is why I was looking for a letter with a specific apology to everything he said.His company does not care about the people it serves.  Also, to the owner- I have since heard from others that you are known to have a wicked mouth.  When I was in your business I noticed a book that said it answered peoples common questions from the bible or something to that effect.  I realize that you are going to do nothing to make this situation right.  You are of this world.  So, I am asking you to get ALL bible and Christian literature (if that was what it was?) out of your business so that you do NOT give REAL Christians a bad name!
