I have made appointments with her to close out the job since the work has been finished to her satisfaction However, she did not answer her door for either one (Please keep confidential: It is my feeling that she does not have the money to pay for the workAs soon as I offer her a payment plan, she will respond.)

I was by and talked the husband of Mrs ***, I agreed some of the trim need addressed, I didn't mention the lead on the first crew had a stroke from the heat, Jim worked in heat, which no accuse, the problem will be addressed

This business has not completed the inside of my homeAs of today they were supposed to come out today but I was told that Mr*** would not be out todayHe had been here days and still had not corrected the mess they other lady left behindThere is drywall dust all over my home, drywall mud and my flooring is now in terrible shapethere is still work that needs to be done, room still needs the wall sanded and painted and paint the crown moldingIn the bathroom he still needs to paint the wall and ceiling, in the other bedroom he needs to paint the crown molding and the ceilingWhen he was here on Monday it took the project manager several hours to bring back the paintHe still had not brought the paint for the crown moldingAll of my things still need to be put back in place in all roomsThey have yet to complete the work on the outside of my home or replace the guttersThis job should have only taken daysThey have been in and out of my home for over a monthI advised I am not going to cancel any more of my appointments to work around their scheduleI informed them of the dates I will not be availableI will not be available September 12th and 13th, 22nd and 25th

We Custom Remodeling sent the Plummer to her home check to see if we need to rectify any problemsHe was just there within a day or twoAll I can do is continueThis will be taken care of

I am rejecting this response because: They have on here that they cut out the section of damage and replaced the drywall and covered the floors. They never covered the floors and never cut out the damaged part of the drywall in the bathroom. They covered the ceiling in the bathroom with 1/inch drywall. I asked them why they didn't use mold resistant drywall and they said regular drywall would be ok. I told them the bathroom didn't have a vent and when I take a shower there would be moisture in there from the steam and it would cause mold. They told me it would be ok. They were supposed to put drop cloths on the floor and they didn't and it damaged my hardwood floors. They said that the drywall dust made me sick but I had food poisoning. The drywall compound was upsetting my stomach even though my stomach was already upset. I went to the doctor with a sample of it and they tested it. The doctor told me to make sure I put a mask on while they were using the compound. They didn't cover my belongings and I found drywall compound on my clothes. I washed them and some of it came out and some of it didn't. They said they put a cloth down so I wouldn't get hurt. There was never any cloth put down it was plastic. They never removed it because I had to pick it up. I complained about my floor being covered several times in the weeks they were there. They didn't put anything down until the last week they were there. They left a paint pan with paint in it and it was covered with plastic. I almost stepped in it and that's why I took up the plastic off the floor. I don't understand why they left that there. My granddaughter came over and swept up all the dust. I called them and they told me they didn't know when they would be back out to finish the job. That's why I called to file a complaint. As far as the soffit and fascia, he knew about it because I told him about it. I didn't have the final report from the insurance. I told him the insurance company was paying them to take off and replace all the fascia and soffit. He added $more to this contract. He went from $to $7239.61. The insurance was paying $to tear off and replace the fascia and soffitt. The company came out here and they didn't get the permit from the city Of Beverly Hills. Then they didn't put up the right soffit and fascia. They didn't put the ones with the holes in it for ventilation. I was sick at the time. When I got well I noticed it was done wrong. I called them and told them about it and they told me that's the way that it is done. I told them that is not and the vents on top are for the attic. I told him that they needed to come back out and tear it back down and replace it. This happened today 9/1/17. They seem like they don't want to fix the fascia and soffit They are placing the blame on each other. I gave them $down for the job. I paid them back in June and they didn't start until August. The woman that did the drywall in the bathroom she broke a wire in the ceiling. They told me the wire was frail and they were sending out an electrician and I had to pay the electrician. They told me they were taking down the ceiling fans and cleaning them. I told them I was going to buy new ones. I bought new ones and the electrician never showed up. I found another electrician to get this done. On 8/25, I called the electrician and he came over and he put in three fans, a light and a switch. The electrician told me this company broke the wire. He said they had to break it.
The woman that did the drywall left on 8/and I told her that the paint in the bathroom was wrong and I requested semi-gloss. She took the paint back and she came back. She had an attitude and she didn't come back on 8/24. The gutters and downspouts have not been put up. They finally sent someone out to correct and paint the walls that were crooked and not painted correctly.

Continue of response, we actually cut out sections of damaged ceiling, replaced with drywall, we had drop cloth covering floor,mrs *** gets dizzy from drywall
dust, we moved our drop cloth to keep her from hurting herself, begin concerned was the right way to go On the soffit the difference is mrs *** had a insurance report which I knew nothing about, she gave me her first report which include more work I will satisfy mrs ***

.12/27/2017 4:02 pm  I used to be a union rep. When they told me they didn't know when they would get to it in august and the worker wouldn't be able to complete the job I filed with you. Since then they have fixed all the issues. I had to hire an electrician to fix fans clogged with plaster dust and a cleaning crew to clean up their mess. They paid for both services. They also agreed to pay me $850 out of the insurance proceeds but the mortgage company sent me a check for the full amount. I sent it back and copied them on the letter where they indicated I was to get $850 for my issues. They apologized and are issuing two checks one for me and one for the contractor.
