To Whom it Concerns;  We built this home for [redacted] and [redacted] back in 2015.  We have made numerous attempts and have spent a lot of time and funds to remedy every concern of theirs.  We have numerous email communications with dated times and trips to the home.  We have fixed...

their floors, fixed the decks, fixed their paint issues, warrantied a plumbing issue, fixed the garage trim, provided information about the concrete movement in the driveway and other miscellaneous things.  We have never ignored them and have always returned their communications with us, furthermore, we have exhausted every effort to please them and because they have told us that we had satisfied every item out of 100 items that they asked us to correct.  The punch list that we had originally agreed to got added to and added to over and over again.  We spent just over a year scheduling meetings and warranty work to make them happy.  We have not spoken to these clients since middle of last year and we have not heard from them since.  So to receive this 7 months after the last time we visited the home, no communication from the client about these additional items when we had received a message that we are completed, is ridiculous.   We have done all that we can and we are past the 1 year craftsmanship warranty that was started on April of 2015.  The clients are probably upset that we cant cover anything else for free.  We have a lot of great clients with very good reviews.
