I paid Custom Renovations in-full for Radon Mitigation in April of 2016. I have just discovered that the radon mitigation was never completed. The radon pipe ends in my attic, instead of thought the attic and roof and mitigated to the outdoors. A permit was never pulled, but I have emails agreeing to the work. The work, in its entirety was agreed to by both parties, and paid for in-full.
We will reach out to the client directly and we will schedule the repair work. However, this is outside of the warranty period that we are held to by the state.
