Attempts were made to contact her by phone, but the number provided was incorrect. We should have at that point applied a refund, but the order had been set aside. I have no record of her making contact with us by email, live chat, or phone. We respond to customer issues within 24 hours by email, instantly by live chat, or during normal business hours by phone. I have applied a full refund to the payment method of the original order for the full amount.

Review: An order was created for cell phone cases offered by the company. Money was paid, accepted, and cleared the account. No cell phone cases were ever shipped or received.Desired Settlement: $17.94 was paid to casegorilla and accepted. If no cases are going to be shipped, I wish to be reimbursed the $17.94

Review: On 08/22/15 I placed an order online with Casegorilla.com which is a subsidiary of Custom Retail Concepts LLC. The website states orders are received within 2-4 days. On 08/24/15 I received an email that provided an order number ([redacted]) and a tracking number which advised my order had shipped on 08/24/15. As of 09/01/15 I have not received my order. Using the USPS tracking system it states a label has been created but the item has not shipped.

I have emailed Casegorilla twice but have not received a response.

There is no phone number listed on the website.

The live chat feature on the website takes you to a company called "live chat" and they had no idea what I was talking about when I advised them about my situation.

The purchase amount for the products I ordered has already been taken out of my checking account.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the products I ordered or be refunded the full dollar amount.

Thank you for your assistance. On 09/05/15 I received my product via USPS. The company never responded to my emails but I did receive my order.

Review: I ordered and paid for a cell phone case from this company and it never was shipped. They have no customer service number to call. They have a live chat feature that is never live. I sent them a message through there and no one contacted me back. I sent them an email asking for an update on my order and no one will respond to that either. They sent me a USPS tracking number that doesn't work or track.Desired Settlement: This business should either send me what I paid for or return my money. They should be required to have a customer service number to call.

Review: They company states on their website that you can return an item within 30 days if you contact them for a return authorization. I contacted them the same day I received the item, as it was not as described. I have tried repeatedly to contact them to initiate a return via all means of contact I can find on their site (email, web form, chat), and they have not responded in any way.

This business is a sham. They are selling products that are of inferior quality and type from what is described, and then they will not respond if you want to return the item...Desired Settlement: They company should reply to me to provide a return authorization number and an address to where I can mail the items back, and then they should promptly refund my purchase amount. Due to the inconvenience I have been put through, they should refund the entire amount as well, including any original shipping charges.

Review: Purchased cell phone case after seeing it online in stock! Received one email stating that an error had occurred and item not available for iPhone 6 4.7 inch version from Jennifer. Was promised refund within 10 business days. Never received refund. No reply to 5 email attempts.Desired Settlement: Refund of $11.98 immediately to visa charged by casegorillaJennifer.

Review: I purchased 2 IPhone 5c cases from this company. The first case was advertised as wood grain and it was a sticker over plastic. The 2nd case was advertised as tire tread and was a sticker over a plastic. I contacted company on August 15, 2016 the same day I received them in the mail and informed them by message I want a refund. I contacted them 4 more times by message and another time by telephone today and no response. I spent $15.98 for these junk cases.Desired Settlement: I want my money back! I never opened their plastic wrap on cases and want to return cases.

Review: I orded 3 cell phone cases(2 Samsung Galaxy S6 and 1 iPhone6) on June 4th, 2015 and I haven't received my product. It has been 16 days since I placed my order, they said it would only take 5-10 transit days.

According to USPS website a label was created for my order June 5, 2015 , 7:02 am, and the package was never picked up.

I have sent several emails to customer service and a private message on their website. CaseGorilla has still neglected to contact me in any way, I have left them my email and my phone number (and have double checked my contact details are correct). They do not have a phone number or address listed on their website.

Their customer service is non-existent and I would not recommend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: I would like the $38.90 USD refunded

Review: On Sept. 9 2015 I ordered several chargers from the company. They said 2-4 days shipping. The USPS tracking number they sent said a label was created, but it was never actually sent. On Sept. 30th, I wrote to the company through their online form and told them I never received my chargers. Through emails, they said they didn't know what happened and they would send the chargers again. So on Oct. 3, they said they were shipping a new set of chargers and said 2-4 days shipping. On Oct. 20th I still had not received my charger so I wrote again asking them why? They said another mistake and my order was being sent to "management" to find the issue with my order. On Oct. 20, they said they were resending my items (2-4 days shipping). On Nov. 15th, I still had not received my order so I wrote to them again asking them to cancel my order and refund my purchase price. They have yet to respond to my request.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my purchase price of $26.91 to my paypal account.

Review: Good morningLast 3 weeks I order a phone case which the order number was # [redacted], and unfortunately the product came with defect totally scratched ,I sent picture to the company and asked for a refund and return label, so I can send the product back, they told me that was already deposited the refund and that I could throw the case in the garbage, I also have all the e-mails and the package which the phone case came in. I also kept the phone case as proof of something happen , I wanna have a proof of deposit because its more than a week and I never receive my money, I already checked with my bank as well, and was nothing deposited in my account, Unfortunately they do not answer my e-mails anymore and also the website has no phone number. and I need help to figure it out.Desired Settlement: I want my money back which is $17.97I also have the invoice sent from the website with the total amount.

Review: Ordered item on 12/7 and received email that item was shipped. However, a week later the tracking number on the USPS site still says "Label Created" which when I contacted the PO means the item was never handed to the PO. There is no phone contact for company and chat is always off line. When I emailed the company I was told that the item is in transit. How can it be in transit when the PO was never given the item. Further inquiries did not result in a reply.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the case I payed for
