Custom Ring

I ordered a ring on 7/4 and a tracking label was created on 7/18 however it has never gotten to the UPSP for shipping. I have sent numerous emails and made multiple phone calls to the company and send a message through facebook messenger to no avail. I have not gotten a single response from them. My next step is going to be calling my bank to report the charge as a fraud charge as this company is obviously a fraud company. I recommend any future potential customers to make sure you check the BBB and look at any an all reviews before giving away your money for a product you will probably never receive. Order # 2674 in case this company may decide to send my ring to me before I call my bank. If I could give them NO stars I would but I have to at lease give them 1 star in order to submit my review

I ordered a ring and paid $35.95 online 2 months ago and never received it. custom rings refuses to respond but took my money. Tracking information is invalid.
