Complaint1. I was promised a wiring diagram of the 2-speed fan that was installed on a 1954[redacted]; the engine is running only on LO speed, seemingly.2. I was told after-the-allegation that my car had been alined (needed 4-wheel alinement) for $ 65.50 and I paid it. LF charged me to replace a driver tie rod end that did not need replacing; I asked him what I paid him and he ignores me. $ __ ? After I got possession of car I noticed the differential was exactly like it was when it was installed (too close to the right rear fender); I also noticed that it was pulling to the right and would require an alinement. In the alinement shop, 08/28, $ 82.66, for FULL alinement it was discovered the problem was the driver SPINDLE was factory reject or BAD. Heidt's sent new spindles; installed 09/05, $ 93.68, and pulls to right again; must have another 4-whl computer alinement ($ 82.66) to get it right. On Sep 4 LF e-mailed me: Date: Sep 4, XXXX X:XX [redacted] morning [redacted](skip some)I paid 61 tire company $ 65.50 on X-XX-XX for the alignment. I can bring you the receipt and will give your money back if you want it.I e-mailed LF 2-3 days ago requesting him 1) to [redacted]-mail my money back via his company check, and 2) send me a copy of the receipt where it was alined; but, he just ignores me. This appears to be fraud looking at it.Desired Settlement1. Want radiator-COOLING fan to run on LO (ON at 185-204); at 204 degrees LO spd fan turned OFF, plus HI-spd fan PCM-triggered ON 205+ Want a complete wiring diagram of the 2-speed [redacted] fan, including the PCM and all relays, and including the AC as appropriate as it is integrally functional, I believe. 2. Want LF to mail me his company check for $ 65.50, plus what he charged me to change out an unnecessary tie rod end (bad SPINDLE problem. Want copy alinement receipt from 61 Tire.
