I had a conversation with this man, about his wife's complaint about the flat beerI assure you that our beer lines are cleaned by professional people on a monthly basisThe beer she chose was ***It is a dark draft
beer with a full body flavourI did see the draft he is complaining about, there was a full head on the beer and you could see the beer had lots of tiny bubbles through out the beerThis means that the beer was not flat*** Once our costumers have order and tasted the beer they are required to pay for their purchase
As for the complaint about the food,I had cooked them there breakfastIf the costumer would like donair sauce or any other type of sauce is available at an additional charge

I spoke to him on the telephone and he carried on and on about money
The point is the ***, ***, the beer was off, the app was burnt and no bills were presented
The beer was returned because it was off, we've certainly had it before and we both tasted it that day, ***

***? *** And as for giving out the bill, most of our clientele, we tell them when their ready to just come to the cash registrar and we give them a bill, that's mostly how we do it, and we've never had a complaint about thisWe also served the same kind of beer the day before and the day after with no complaints??? *** and his wife, maybe should take a look at this small operation and see that it sits only and that the server also has the phone and cash registrar to take care of, and that me the owner and part-time cook being by myself in the kitchen and having to keep up with the orders coming in, that when the server came in to show me the beer in question and that I saw the full head of foam and the bubbles, I told the server no we can't replace it, but if they want they can certainly buy another kind, this was a perfectly good beer why would I have said otherwise to my serverIf a server comes in the kitchen and shows me a burger that was not cooked enough, well I will cook them another burger or someone wanted no gravy on their fries and by mistake we put gravy on the fries well of course in these cases we will replace the ordersNow, as for my server the way she perceived to serve this couple, I wasn't in the dinning area to see I've since spoken to her and she said she was very busy and she's sorry if she seemed rude, but she also mention she got a $*** tip from them so she didn't know there was anything wrong with the egg rolls or the fact that she didn't give them a bill or even the fact that she had brought them back their beer ??? ***? We've never had anything like this happen to us before, we do our best to run a little business in town hereIf *** wants we will offer him a $*** gift card
