We are very saddened to receive this complaint from the [redacted] As hands on owners, we take pride in our GymWe are not sure why we haven't heard from themWe work M-F from 9:30-We are also available by email at [redacted] We have never heard from the [redacted] except the issue in the Kid's Club which we addressedOur equipment is well maintainedWe have an in-house Maintenance Man that works on everythingDo things break? Of course, but we fix them in a timely matterSometimes we have to wait for parts, but that's itAs of today, there is nothing broken in the gymWe would be more than happy to meet with the [redacted] They can call us M-F from to to set up an appointment timeThey are a very nice familyMy husband, ***, enjoyed enrolling them and thinks highly of themAs far as a refund, we do not refund paid in full membershipsIt is quite clear on their membership agreement

I am rejecting this response because: We have to disagree with your response, for the very reason that is not true that you have not heard from us other then this complaintI have left messages on your voicemail that clearly states that you only check it twice a weekI have also left three different emails from the link on your website and I am more then happy to show you carbon copies, because I have them on my email, however the issue with your employee's daughter was never resolvedI know that you had told your employee that she was not to bring her daughter in to work due to the fact her daughter was not interacting socially well with other kids, but to our surprise your employee continue to bring in her daughterI do not own a gym, however I know that parts can be ordered and shipped within a few daysI have ordered parts thru my government retailers and it does not take months, however if I need to be specific I have asked you little air force guy multiple times for pin that was missing on your "well maintain" power rack and he gave his two cents of effort and said there is not oneThis was a continuous question that I had asked him for a couple of months and I had finally stopped because it was obviousThat his shopping and social media was more important then customer service, it was as if we were only nagging and being an inconvenienceI have proudly served this country for years and I have done and seen a lot and honestly in all my years of serving I have seen and lived in conditions majority of civilians would complain at just the thought of living like thatI have always made the best of worst conditions, however when I have paid money for a serviceI would expect the service I am paying for whether is was child care, gym membership or food service, I do not like the fact that I have called and every time that I have called your manger or front desk help says that *** is not there So if this issue was truly a concern to your business I find it hard to believe that you are saddened when I have left my cell number and have not had a return call and if worst case scenario if it was truly important you could have pulled the agreement and looked up my numberI am not asking for a full refund and I would not expect that, I am not individual who take from another mans familyI am upset as business owners that you can not give a potion of funds that were paid for an entire year, I am not asking for all the money back I am only asking what is fair due to the fact service was not as portrayedMy cell is *** *** *** and you tell me when you like to meet or discuss this issue and I will ask my chain of command for a day off or time to speak with you on the phone

out of business and it being random I already purchased a membership elsewhereIf I was aware of another gym taking my membership before the The Sports Club randomly closed I would have accepted such a resolutionI ask that you make this rightI do appreciate the response but am angry that there was absolutely no noticeI would prefer you refund me my money I am not asking the full amount but for months I paid for and we’re not able to us which would amount to $

We are very saddened to receive this complaint from the [redacted]. As hands on owners, we take pride in our Gym. We are not sure why we haven't heard from them. We work M-F from 9:30-1. We are also available by email at [redacted]. We have never heard from the [redacted] except the issue...

in the Kid's Club which we addressed. Our equipment is well maintained. We have an in-house Maintenance Man that works on everything. Do things break? Of course, but we fix them in a timely matter. Sometimes we have to wait for parts, but that's it. As of today, there is nothing broken in the gym. We would be more than happy to meet with the [redacted]. They can call us M-F from 9.30 to 1 to set up an appointment time. They are a very nice family. My husband, [redacted], enjoyed enrolling them and thinks highly of them. As far as a refund, we do not refund paid in full memberships. It is quite clear on their membership agreement.
