My two teenagers and I were browsing and asked for the price of the shirts off the rack There were several shirts with the prints they wanted on the racks, but the salesperson said they had to iron on the prints and couldn't sell the ones off the rack, even though there were several available The music was extremely loud where you had to yell to speak/hear one another so communicating was extremely difficult The salesperson took shirts back to the counter and I asked again how much to iron the prints because there were no prices listed on the items or anywhere that I could find (no signs posted with prices) The boys had already chosen the prints so the salesperson should have known the cost of the chosen prints but his reply was consistently "it depends" I asked what it depended on and he said he had to finish the product before he could tell me
DO NOT SHOP HERE! Scammers is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I went in to get (two)custom shirts madeThe male associate told me there was a "sale!" Get shirs custom made and get the 3rd shirt FREE just pay for the print! When I asked how much the TOTAL would be, he said $for the TWO SHIRTS and $for the printed only shirt! I told him I didn't want the printed shirt, just the two customized shirtsHe took my debit card, went behind the counter and swiped my card for $131.97!!!!!!!!!!!! I was furious! I told him that he lied to me and that I would be calling the police! The store manager came out and said, "Sorry, there's been a misunderstandingI will give you a pink hoodie for the inconvenience!" I told him NO and demanded my money backHe stated "The receipt" says NO REFUNDS! Once I contacted the police, they came and suggested I contact my bankTOTAL RIP-OFF/ SCAMMERS! Their phone number is XXX-XXX-XXXX
