Nov update: We originally wrote a personal check for 50% down to "SD Shutters" which was the company letterhead of the quoted amount We obtained a Wells Fargo Bank copy of the deposited check and the Pay to the Order line was altered by adding "Less" to our writing of "SD Shutters." San Diego Credit Union allowed this to occur and Wells Fargo Bank paid on it After initiating a Fraud Notice with Wells Fargo, I received a text and call a few days later from *** ***, weeks after the scheduled installation date Our original amount paid was reimbursed

original money paid to [redacted]. There is another issue in progress which has been turned over to Wells Fargo Bank - that involves bank check alteration by [redacted] prior to depositing our personal check. 
 
Whether the Revdex.com stays the course with issues such as this, is unknown by me but I suspect not.

Review: San Dog Shutters, also doing business under Arze Shutters, San Diego Shutters, etc., provided an estimate and accepted a down payment for products (shutters) and services (installation of said shutters) in the amount exceeding $800. There was concern re lack of response to communications, then they responded and scheduled a date for service. The date of service (11/1/14) came and nobody came to install, there were no responses to my calls or text messages inquiring regarding the installers, etc. To date I have not heard anything from them. I have contacted by credit card company and filed a dispute and so far have had my deposit credited back to me. Review: On 6 Sep 2014, [redacted]), sole proprietor of "Arze Shutters" registered with the County of San Diego, and dba on line including names of SD Shutters, San Dog Shutters, Arze Shutters, Custom Shutters 4 Less, came to our home to measure 5 window openings. [redacted] provided an invoice for $968 total to provide and install the 5 plantation shutters within 3-4 weeks, requested and was paid 50% in amount of $434 by personal check. After no contact by [redacted] using phone numbers and email addresses on web sites and invoice, I used Yelp to send the business a message and received a response from an individual signing the emails as [redacted] and part owner of "San Dog Shutters." After numerous phone calls and emails involving 3 scheduled dates committed to by both [redacted] and [redacted], which the first 2 were rescheduled by [redacted], and the 3rd was a no show on a Saturday, they stopped communicating entirely. I personally went to the web advertised showroom address in Spring Valley, Ca and the space was empty. I talked with the real property lease manager on site and found that [redacted] signed the office space lease as "owner." The 1st payment was processed for insufficient funds, and the lease was still active. [redacted] was listed as the sole owner of "Arze Shutters" and [redacted] name was not listed on the lease agreement. On the County of San Diego business filings, [redacted] is listed as the sole owner of Arze Shutters and Custom Shutters 4 Less. It appears from the Revdex.com search that none of these business names are in the Revdex.com database but under Ramon [redacted], the Revdex.com database produced another business name of RRG Custom Shutters (or close to this). I offered these options, after the 3rd delivery failure, to [redacted] and [redacted]: return the $434, install the shutters as agreed to, deliver the shutters and I would pay the remaining $434 minus two hours installation estimate (two hours was [redacted] estimate by phone to me). I have not heard from either party. Desired Settlement:Desired Settlement: Three options were explained in narrative above. Prefer return of $434 by cashiers check or bank draft. I attempted to notify by email and text messaging the two parties involved with the business scam that I have initiated a law suit in San Diego Small Claims Court and have heard nothing back from [redacted] or [redacted].

Review: Paid 50% deposit ($500) in March 2014 on the purchase and installation of shutters, which were to be delivered in 6-8 wks. In May I contacted the company (via email) and received a return email from [redacted] (representative/owner?) who apologized and explained there had been an construction error of the shutters from the manufacturer and the order was being reprocessed. He anticipated the order would be completed in 4 wks. To date, I have not been contacted by [redacted]. The company phone number is still active, but does not allow a voice message to be left. The company email address is no longer in service.Desired Settlement: Would either like the shutters I ordered installed or a deposit refund of $500.
